Practical SAP Training
Configuration, business processes, testing, troubleshooting and real project scenarios.
I am Nilesh FICO—an MBA Finance professional, SAP-certified FI/CO/TRM consultant and trainer. My journey began with day-to-day accounting and grew through implementations, rollouts, banking, integrations, testing, go-live support and leadership in complex SAP Finance programs.
Practical learning, career preparation and project-oriented guidance—displayed together as one complete SAP growth path.
Configuration, business processes, testing, troubleshooting and real project scenarios.
Mock interviews, resume guidance, scenario-based questions and project-profile preparation.
Implementation, rollout, testing, documentation, cutover, go-live and support guidance.
The most powerful learning does not begin with software. It begins with understanding the business problem behind the screen.

My professional journey started at the foundation of finance—petty cash, purchase and service invoices, bank reconciliation, TDS, adjustment entries, month-end activities and financial-year closing. That phase gave me something no shortcut can provide: an understanding of how business transactions become accounting records.
When I moved into SAP FI/CO, I carried that foundation with me. I began as a consultant and trainer, creating user manuals, explaining configuration, helping users resolve errors and learning how Finance and Controlling connect with purchasing, sales, production and maintenance.
Growth came through responsibility. Plant rollouts taught me how systems support factories. GST programs taught me how regulation changes business processes. Company-code rollouts taught me how global templates must adapt to local requirements. Bank-interface and treasury work taught me how financial data must move accurately, securely and on time.
Over the years, I progressed into SAP S/4HANA implementations, multi-country rollouts, Fiori processes, middleware and interface migrations, Smart Close, automation testing, cutover, hypercare and L3 support. I worked across automotive, energy, agriculture, medical-equipment, retail and renewable-energy environments—without losing sight of the end user who must run the process every day.
Today, I work as a Manager / Architect — SAP FI/CO Implementation at a managerial and senior consulting level, leading end-to-end SAP FI/CO implementations—from requirement gathering and solution architecture through configuration, integration, testing, cutover, go-live and hypercare—while mentoring teams and sharing practical knowledge. Yet I still approach SAP with the mindset of a learner. That is the purpose of NDR Technologies: to give students and professionals the practical roadmap I wish every learner had—business concept, SAP configuration, end-to-end testing, troubleshooting, documentation and confident interview explanation.
Each stage added a new layer: accounting discipline, configuration depth, project ownership, global exposure and leadership.

Worked on rollout phases, FI integration with MM and SD, budgeting, CO-PA, cost planning, user training, documentation and post-go-live support.
Expanded into S/4HANA implementation, company-code setup, Fiori, migration tools, workflow, interfaces, audit documentation and complex production support.
Handled global upgrades, end-to-end testing, bank statements, payments, Lockbox, DMEE, SEPA, IDocs, middleware, automation scripts and hypercare.
Leads end-to-end SAP FI/CO implementations—from requirement gathering and solution architecture through configuration, integration, testing, cutover, go-live and hypercare—while mentoring teams and sharing practical knowledge.
Programs are designed around real business processes, system demonstrations, project documents, common errors and interview scenarios.
Build a strong foundation in enterprise finance and complete transaction cycles.
Understand how organisations plan, allocate, analyse and control costs.
Learn modern Finance architecture and the differences from traditional SAP ECC.
Learn the practical flow of payments, bank statements and connected applications.
Understand what consultants do beyond configuration during a real project.
Convert knowledge and experience into clear, structured interview answers.
Every important topic is taught through five connected steps.
Start with the accounting or controlling requirement and its business impact.
Learn the SPRO path, transaction code, prerequisites and dependencies.
Create master data, post transactions and trace end-to-end document flow.
Validate expected results, integration points and common production errors.
Prepare documentation and communicate the scenario confidently in interviews.
The goal is not to make learners dependent on notes. It is to help them think like consultants—understand the requirement, identify the impact, design the solution, test it and communicate it clearly.
